Vitaly Yakovchuk (* 19. June 1941 in Svobodny; † 28. February 2017 in Sochi) was a soviet and Russian ophthalmologist and eye surgeon. He was 75 years old. He studied at Yaroslavl State Medical University. He was awarded the Merited Physician of the RSFSR.
