Biography of Vladimir Baskakov

Vladimir Baskakov (* 20. July 1921 in Cherepovets; † 13. January 1999 in Moscow) was a russischer Filmwissenschaftler, Hochschullehrer, Literaturwissenschaftler, Schriftsteller und Drehbuchautor. He was 77 years old. He studied at State University of Education. He worked at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He received 5 awards, including Order of the Red Star, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
