Walter Ristow (* 20. April 1908 in La Crosse; † 3. April 2006 in Mitchellville) was an american map curator. He was 97 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin–Madison, Oberlin College and Clark University. He worked at Library of Congress, New York Public Library and Military Intelligence Service. His cause of death was coronary artery disease.
