Biography of Walther Umstätter

Walther Umstätter (* 12. June 1941 in Ploiești; † 6. March 2019 in Altlandsberg) was a rumänisch-deutscher Informationswissenschaftler, Professor für Bibliotheks- und Informationswissenschaft. He was 77 years old. He studied at Freie Universität Berlin. He worked at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Ulm University.
