Biography of Wiktor Georgijewitsch Kulikow

Viktor Kulikov (* 5. July 1921 in Verkhnaya Lyubovsha; † 27. May 2013 in Moscow) was a marshal of the Soviet Union. He was 91 years old. His education included Baku Higher Combined Arms Command School, Leningrad Higher Officer Tank School, M.V. Frunze Military Academy and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 7 awards, including Hero of the Soviet Union, Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
