Biography of Wilfrid Sellars

Wilfrid Sellars (* 20. May 1912 in Michigan; † 2. July 1989 in Pittsburgh) was an uS-amerikanischer Philosoph. He was 77 years old. His education included University of Michigan, University at Buffalo, Oriel College, University of Göttingen and Lycée Montaigne. He worked at University of Pittsburgh, University of Iowa, University of Minnesota, Yale University and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His awards include Rhodes Scholarship and Carus Lectures.
