William Olpherts (* 8. March 1822 in Dartrey Forest; † 30. April 1902 in Upper Norwood) was an irish military officer (1822–1902); recipient of the Victoria Cross. He was 80 years old. He studied at Addiscombe Military Seminary. His awards include Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath and Victoria Cross. He was buried at Richmond Cemetery.
