Biography
William Roff (* 2. May 1929 in Bearsden; † 3. May 2013 in Scotland) was a scottish-New Zealander Malayologist and broadcaster. He was 84 years old. His education included Victoria University of Wellington, Australian National University and Harris Academy. He worked at Columbia University and New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
