Yury Dmitrevsky (* 9. May 1920 in Cherepovets; † 1. January 2001 in Saint Petersburg) was a geographer. He was 80 years old. He studied at The Faculty of Geography and Geoecology. He worked at Saint Petersburg State University. He received 5 awards, including Honoured Science Worker of the Russian Federation, Medal "For the Defence of Leningrad". He was buried at Smolenskoye Orthodox Cemetery.
