Zbigniew Religa (* 16. December 1938 in Miedniewice, Masovian Voivodeship; † 8. March 2009 in Warsaw) was a polish cardiac surgeon and politician. He was 70 years old. He studied at Medical University of Warsaw. His faith was atheism. He received 7 awards, including Order of the White Eagle (Third Polish Republic), Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. His cause of death was lung cancer. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
