Abba P. Lerner (* 28. Oktober 1903 in Nowoselyzja; † 27. Oktober 1982 in Tallahassee) war uS-amerikanischer Ökonom. Er wurde 78 Jahre alt. Er studierte an der London School of Economics. Er arbeitete unter anderem bei London School of Economics, City University of New York, University of California, Berkeley, University of Missouri–Kansas City, Roosevelt University, Michigan State University und Florida State University. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Distinguished Fellow of the American Economic Association und Fellow of the Econometric Society.
