Dawda Jawara (* 16. Mai 1924 in Barajally; † 27. August 2019 in Fajara) war gambischer Politiker, Staatspräsident von Gambia. Er wurde 95 Jahre alt. Er war verheiratet mit Augusta Jawara. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Achimota School, Universität Glasgow und die University of Liverpool. Sein Glaube war Islam. Er erhielt 4 Auszeichnungen, darunter Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St Michael and St George, Grand Cross of the National Order of Mali.
