Alexander Lebed (* 20. April 1950 in Novocherkassk; † 28. April 2002 in Krasnoyarsk Krai) was a russian general. He was 52 years old. His education included Ryazan Airborne Command High School and M.V. Frunze Military Academy. He received 10 awards, including Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Red Star. His cause of death was aviation accident. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
