Alwyn Williams (* 8. June 1921 in Aberdare; † 4. April 2004 in Glasgow) was a britischer Geologe und Paläontologe. He was 82 years old. He studied at Aberystwyth University. He worked at University of Birmingham, University of Glasgow and Queen's University Belfast. He received 6 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Bigsby Medal.
