Biography of Anthony Lewis

Anthony Lewis (* 2. March 1915 in Bermuda; † 5. June 1983) was a british composer. He was 68 years old. His education included Peterhouse and Wellington College. He worked at Royal Academy of Music and University of Birmingham. His awards include Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Commander of the Order of the British Empire and Knight Bachelor.
