Biography of Bernard Ashmole

Bernard Ashmole (* 22. June 1894 in Ilford; † 25. February 1988 in Peebles) was a britischer Klassischer Archäologe. He was 93 years old. His education included Hertford College and Forest School. He worked at University of London and British Museum. His awards include Military Cross, Commander of the Order of the British Empire and Kenyon Medal.
