Dan Shomron (* 5. August 1937 in Ashdot Ya'akov; † 26. February 2008 in Tel Aviv) was a 13th Chief of General Staff of the Israeli Defense Forces. He was 70 years old. He was awarded the Medal of Distinguished Service. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Kiryat Shaul Military Cemetery.
