John Julius Norwich (* 15. September 1929 in Oldham; † 1. June 2018 in London) was a british historian. He was 88 years old. He was married to Anne Clifford and Mary Makins. His education included Eton College, Upper Canada College and New College. His awards include Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries and Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. He was buried at St Mary on Paddington Green Church.
