Biography of Josephine Barnes

Josephine Barnes (* 18. August 1912 in Norfolk; † 28. December 1999) was a british obstetrician and gynaecologist. She was 87 years old. She had at least 1 child (1 daughter). Her education included Lady Margaret Hall, University College London, Oxford High School and UCL Medical School. She worked at University College Hospital and Elizabeth Garrett Anderson and Obstetric Hospital. She was awarded the Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
