Michel Silvestre Brayer (* 31. December 1769 in Douai; † 28. November 1840 in Paris) was a french soldier, politician and officer. He was 70 years old. His awards include Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour, Knight of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Louis and list of names inscribed under the Arc de Triomphe. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
