Biography of Peter Borwein

Peter Borwein (* 5. October 1953 in St Andrews; † 23. August 2020) was a kanadischer Mathematiker. He was 66 years old. His education included University of British Columbia and Western University. He worked at University of Oxford, Dalhousie University and Simon Fraser University. He was awarded the Chauvenet Prize. His cause of death was pneumonia.
