Biography of Peter Shaffer

Peter Shaffer (* 15. May 1926 in Liverpool; † 6. June 2016 in County Cork) was an english playwright and screenwriter. He was 90 years old. His education included University of Cambridge, Trinity College, St Paul's School and Hall School. He received 5 awards, including Academy Award for Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay, Commander of the Order of the British Empire. He was buried at Highgate Cemetery.
