Stanislav Govorukhin (* 29. March 1936 in Berezniki; † 14. June 2018 in Barvikha) was a soviet and Russian film director, screenwriter and actor. He was 82 years old. He was married to Yunona Kareva. His education included 94th gymnasium, Kazan Federal University and Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. His faith was Eastern Orthodoxy. He received 9 awards, including People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Art Worker of the USSR. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
