Biography of Joseph Rykwert

Joseph Rykwert (* 5. April 1926 in Warsaw; † 18. October 2024 in London) was a british architectural historian and writer. He was 98 years old. His education included University College London, Royal College of Art, Charterhouse School and University of Pennsylvania. He worked at University of Essex, University of Cambridge and University of Pennsylvania. He received 8 awards, including Royal Gold Medal, Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
