Biography of Margaret Burbidge

Margaret Burbidge (* 12. August 1919 in Davenport; † 5. April 2020 in San Francisco) was a british-born American astronomer. She was 100 years old. She was married to Geoffrey Burbidge. Her education included University College London and University of London. She received 9 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Helen B. Warner Prize for Astronomy.
