Biography of Roger Houin

Roger Houin (* 17. August 1912 in Jumeaux; † 30. June 1986 in Créteil) was a french jurist. He was 73 years old. His education included Paris Law Faculty and École Libre des Sciences Politiques. He was awarded the Commander of the National Order of Merit.
